Automation for horizontal and vertical loading of the billets for hot forging of brass and aluminium. With brushless motor, programmable axis, and press interpolation with electric axis.
UNIVERSAL GRIPPER.
Horizontal rotation of the billet: from 0° to 90°
Vertical rotation of the billet: from 0° to 90°, with automatic recover of the clearance.
FOR SINGLE PIECE:
self-centering gripper for billet diameters from 16mm to 55mm, lenght min 30 mm.
FOR DOUBLE PIECE:
grippers for 2 billets, for diameters from 16mm to 35mm, lenght min 30 mm.
